Event property operations

When a projection handles an event it needs to do something to its own properties to reflect what has happened.

This can be as simple as incrementing or decrementing a counter, or it can be one or more operations performed on properties of the event instance that update the projection.

For example, a projection that handled a "CompanyNameChanged" event can have a property "CompanyName" that is set to that event's property "NewName".
